Martin Dyan

The growth and popularity of the game is undeniable. 3x3 is a new, modern game providing a platform for players, coaches, businesses, brands and content creators.
Most of all, 3x3 is a fun, enjoyable sport and can do amazing things for people's wellbeing, on and off the court.
The 3x3 momentum is building worldwide and I'm proud that we're leading the way in the UK.

Meet our team
Alfie Pallen
Operations & Officiating
As well as being part of the lead operations team running major RISE 3x3 events, like the RISE 3x3 City League and Summer Slam, Alfie is one of only two people from the UK to have completed a Dutch 3x3 Leadership qualification.
Afiz Olaniyan
Lead Coach
Afiz is one of the most respected and well-known 3x3 coaches in the UK. He is Head 3x3 Coach for Great Britain's U23 teams and is RISE 3x3's lead coach. He is also the most successful 3x3 coach in the UK, having lead the LDN Warriors 3x3 team to multiple championships.
Dharin Poon
Officiating & Logistics
Dharin is one of the longest-running members of RISE 3x3 and has been involved in the senior team shaping and hosting our events since 2021. He is one of our lead event officials and supports on logistics and operations for our City League and large 3x3 festivals like Summer Slam.
Martin Dyan
CEO & Founder
Martin is a pioneer of 3x3 in the UK. He ran his first 3x3 tournament in 2017 co-founded the UK's first fully-staffed 3x3 team and lead the UK's first 3x3 regeneration project. He was lead 3x3 consultant for the British Basketball Federation and the Commonwealth Games.
Eleanor Bishop
Coach
El is a four-time national 3x3 champion. As well as playing for Wales on the national team, El is a member of the LDN Warriors 3x3 team and long-range shooting specialist - she has won several 2pt shooting trophies.
Jermaine Mellis
Coach
Jermaine is a pro basketball player, runs his own 3x3 team and has been part of the trophy-lifting LDN Warriors. He has been a Finals participant in Rise 3x3's City League and is a lead 3x3 coach.
Members of the Rise 3x3 Family
The UK’s first semi-professional basketball team. Founded in 2021, the LDN Warriors are back to back National Champs (23/24) and compete in FIBA3x3 events worldwide.
A non-profit platform hosting the largest one-day 3x3 tournament in the UK. The GG3x3 drives positive social change through 3x3-focused community initiatives.
