DATE, TIME & LOCATION

DATE

Summer Slam Shoreditch will be held on Sunday 6 July. It is a one day tournament and there's all to play for!​

TIME

A full schedule will be available this week. We expect games to start at approximately 1.15pm with the finals to be around 9.00pm.

VENUE

Shoreditch Summer Slam will be held at Montacute Yards in Shoreditch, E1 6HU

ROAD TO THE WORLD TOUR

12 teams have been invited to the tournament and they will compete in 4 pools

The top 2 teams from each pool will get through to the quarter finals. It's based on games won and points scored.

Winners of Summer Slam Shoreditch will get flown to Hungary to play in the FIBA 3x3 World Tour - the highest level of 3x3 in the world!

WORLD TOUR

The RISE 3x3 City League is open to all competitors. Season II finished in May with London Enforcers claiming the championship and directly qualifying for Summer Slam

A Quest competition is unique for the UK basketball scene and gives players a chance to earn major 3x3 points and get recognition by global body FIBA 3x3

Winners of Summer Slam will go directly to the FIBA 3x3 World Tour, where they will play against the best 3x3 teams the world!

  • Why is this event so significant in the UK?
    It's the first time an event of this level in 3x3 has been hosted in the UK. It creates a special opportunity for people living in the UK to earn FIBA 3x3 points and make it to the World Tour!
  • Who's playing?
    The tournament features the best teams in the UK, so expect the very best ballers! Some of these include players who represent Great Britain, Wales and Northern Ireland!
  • What are FIBA 3x3 points?
    These points increase your official national ranking in 3x3 and around the globe!
  • Is it free to attend?
    It is free to attend but please note that due to venue size, we may turn people away who come late in the day.
  • Can I enter a team?
    This event is invite-only. You are still welcome to attend to watch and support your favourite players!
